Please read these rules in full before creating an account or using any service on the king1 platform. By using our services, you are considered to have accepted these terms.

1. General Information and Scope
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the king1 platform and all services operated under it. Creating an account on king1, using any service, or accessing the platform in any way constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
These Terms apply to adult users in Bangladesh. All king1 services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. Use of these services by any minor is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be closed immediately.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility
To open an account on king1, the following conditions must be met:
- The applicant must be at least 21 years old.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
- A person may only create one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all of them may be suspended.
- The mobile number and email used during registration must be active and belong to the applicant.
- Opening an account under or on behalf of a third party's identity is prohibited.
2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)
king1 may request documents to verify a user's identity at any time. If a user is unable to provide the documents or if discrepancies are found, the account may be suspended temporarily or permanently. Withdrawal requests may be delayed until identity verification is complete.
2.2 Account Security
The user is solely responsible for keeping their account password and login details confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact king1's support team immediately. Sharing login details with third parties is prohibited.
3. User Responsibilities and Code of Conduct
Every user is required to follow the code of conduct below while using the king1 platform:
- Using any hacking, scraping, or automation tools against the platform's software, systems, or data is not permitted.
- Colluding with other users to influence outcomes is prohibited.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions, or exploiting system vulnerabilities for gain, is strictly prohibited.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is not permitted.
- Selling, transferring, or renting an account to a third party is prohibited.
- Misconduct or threatening behavior toward king1 staff or other users is prohibited.
If any of the above rules are violated, king1 reserves the right to suspend or close the account without notice and to forfeit the associated balance.
4. Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
4.1 Deposits
Deposits on king1 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Each deposit request is verified, and the balance is credited to the account after successful verification.
The correct amount and reference number must be provided at the time of deposit. king1 is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect information. Deposits made through third parties or from unknown sources are prohibited.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. For a withdrawal, the account must have completed identity verification and any bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled.
king1 may request additional verification for any withdrawal request. king1 reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of fraud or suspicious activity. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.
5. Terms for Bonuses and Promotional Offers
king1 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own specific terms, which should be read in full before accepting.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. After receiving the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times — meaning the bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal only after being bet a total of 10 times. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 with a ৳1,200 bonus gives a total balance of ৳2,200, and the wagering requirement would be ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000.
A bonus is not "free cash." It is a conditional promotional benefit that cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirements.
5.2 VIP Cashback
king1's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Cashback is paid on weekly net losses at each tier: up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.7% for Silver, and up to 1.0% for Gold. The weekly cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on net losses, which is the total losses for the week minus total winnings.
5.3 Bonus Abuse Policy
If king1 determines that a user is abusing a bonus or promotion, it reserves the right to cancel that bonus and review the account. Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or device is prohibited.
6. Game Rules and Outcome Determination
6.1 Slots and Casino Games
The slots and casino games available on king1 are operated by third-party game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Evolution, etc.). The outcome of each game is determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. king1 does not interfere with game outcomes in any way.
If a connection is lost mid-game due to a technical issue, the game provider's rules will apply for any incomplete bets.
6.2 Sports Betting
For sports betting, a bet cannot be changed once it has been accepted. If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount is generally refunded, though specific conditions apply. If a technical error occurs in odds setting and clearly incorrect odds are displayed, king1 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds.
6.3 Virtual Sports and Card Games
Virtual sports and card games such as Callbreak rely entirely on computer-generated results. They have no connection to any real-world events.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
king1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these Terms.
- Registering with false or incomplete information.
- Conducting fraudulent or suspicious financial activity.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions.
- Being underage or accessing from a prohibited region.
- The user submits a request to close their own account.
After an account is closed, king1 will consider returning any valid balance (excluding bonuses). However, in cases of closure due to rule violations, the balance may be forfeited.
8. Privacy and Data Protection

king1 uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data transmission secure. Users' personal information is not sold to third parties. However, information may be provided to relevant authorities where required by law.
9. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
king1 is committed to responsible gambling. All users are encouraged to play within their financial means and to treat gaming as a form of entertainment.
king1 provides the following options for users:
- The option to set deposit limits.
- The option to take a temporary break (cooling-off period).
- Self-Exclusion — the option to deactivate an account for a set period or permanently.

10. Changes and Updates to the Terms

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. You are therefore advised to visit this page regularly. For significant changes, king1 may send a notification to the registered email or mobile number, though this is not obligatory.
11. Legal Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
11.1 Applicable Law
These Terms and any disputes related to king1's services will be governed by applicable international regulations.
11.2 Dispute Resolution Process
For any dispute or complaint, you must first contact king1's support team and attempt to reach a resolution. king1 provides support in Bengali and English 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via live chat and email. If a resolution cannot be reached through the support team, next steps will be discussed.
11.3 Limitation of Liability
king1 is not liable for losses caused by technical errors from third-party game providers, server downtime, internet disconnections, or issues with a user's own device. king1 is also not liable for service disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure).
